I provide both coaching and mentoring services. Coaching is a structured process focused on helping you achieve specific goals in the areas of improving job performance, enhancing your leadership skills or establishing a plan for the next chapter in your career. Coaching is usually for a three to six month period.
Mentoring is less structured and is focused on providing you advice, guidance, and support in the area of general career and professional development. Mentoring is appropriate when you want to tap into my years of executive experience and get assistance in the “how to” aspects of performing your job responsibilities. Mentoring can be for an established period of time or scheduled on an as needed basis.
